The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is a 16-hour, two day course designed to provide core-level trauma knowledge and psychomotor skills associated with the delivery of professional nursing care to the trauma patient. TNCC is designed by nurses for any nurse who provides care to trauma patients. ENA has recommended TNCC as the minimum required education for emergency nurses who care for trauma patients.

Continuing Education Credits
The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider CEP 2322, for 17.63 contact hours.
TNCC may be officially attended by Registered Nurses. Upon successful completion of the course the RN will receive verification status and a Provider Card. Other health care providers may attend the course as observers and receive continuing education credits.
In order to maximize success in the class, it is recommended that the participant have at least six months of clinical nursing experience in an emergency care setting. It is imperative that participants study the textbook, complete the pre-course test and modules prior to attending the first day of class.

If you have your own textbook, early bird registration will be $350 and late registration will be $375. Be sure to bring the 7th edition TNCC provider manual to class.

Registration confirmation, study materials, directions for travel, parking and class location will be sent via email. Refund policy applies to all online and mail-in registrations.
